Your package. A basic full venue setup as standard: chairs and tables for all guests, venue lighting, centerpieces, guest entrance, bridal entrance backdrop, a private preparation room, parking and a photo shoot area. Every detail can be tailored to your vision, and upgrades are available at an extra price. Catering is arranged in collaboration with trusted caterers. The full package price applies even if you bring an external planner.
Spaces. Casa Pavilion, our outdoor space, welcomes up to 350 guests. Casa Celestial, our indoor space, welcomes up to 150 guests.
Payments. A first payment of 50,000 EGP secures your date and is non refundable. A second payment of at least 50,000 EGP follows within 30 days. Further payments of 50,000 EGP bring the total to half of the package no later than 3 months before the wedding. The full balance, together with a 20,000 EGP insurance deposit, is due 1 month before the wedding. The insurance is refunded the day after the wedding, subject to the venue guidelines.
Guests. Please confirm your final guest count 1 week before the wedding. Each guest beyond that count is 1,500 EGP, deducted from the insurance. Any entry fees charged by Oraby Compound are paid by the couple.
Venue guidelines. Music stops at 12:00 AM (penalty 10,000 EGP). No confetti. Fireworks need a permit and our written approval. No decoration in the suite (penalty 3,000 EGP). Suite checkout is at 12:00 AM and the suite keys are given to the bride or groom only.
Date changes and cancellation. One date change is free up to 3 months before the wedding; another change, or any change within 3 months, is 20,000 EGP. Cancelling 6 months or more before: only the first 50,000 EGP is kept. Between 3 and 6 months: 50% of the venue rental is deducted. Within 3 months: no refund or credit.
